Golden Dragon School of Martial Arts offers more than Self Defense classes. Our dojo has a variety of workshops and special classes designed to meet the needs of adults who want the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle. Boot camp and women's self-defense are two of
our most popular options. Our workshops comprise of Wing chun Kung fu, Filipino weapon training, Jeet Kune Do, Kick Boxing and Pressure point Fighting system. We conduct Corporate workshops on request. Our workshops are divided into 3 levels. Basic, Intermediate & Advanced.

Our Corporate Self Defense workshops are highly interactive & informative, They all include professional presentations along with physical training & practice sessions. We provide training manual to each participant which helps them to revise & practice the skills learned after the workshop on their own.
Street Survival & Situational Awareness – Corporate Self Defense Workshop
Most of the traditional Self Defense tactics are difficult to learn and are not effective on streets. We have developed a easy to learn & highly effective self defense system which is based on Rapid Assault Tactics, Jeet Kune Do & Filipino Kali.
Our workshops are specially structured to empower you with the physical skills to protect yourself as well as empower you mentally and spiritually to face your fears and overcome them. You will learn to defend yourself against multiple attackers.to teach you how to use improvised weapons & pepper spray, To defend yourself against a attacker who pins you on the ground. To stay situationally aware which prevents most of the attack.

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of exercise and meditation that makes the mind and spirit tranquil, improves performance in sports, and cultivates health, well-being, and long life. S.L.S. Meditation is a systematic, natural and effortless technique for the development of full Human-Potential. It allows our mind to settle at the deepest level of consciousness and balance your body chakras.
Action Strength Workshop for Functional Fitness & Joint Mobility.
Action Strength is the system of fitness which is developed by Sifu Rajveer over last 16 years. Its based on functional movements which helps the practitioner to
develop fitness & flexibility attributes required in day to day life. This workshop teaches you a set of simple exercises which can be done without any equipments just in 10 minutes a day. These exercises develop power and mobility. Combining Kettlebells, body weight and martial arts movements to increase strength, endurance, agility, flexibility and balance. Learn to align the mind-body-spirit connection through proper focus of breath, posture and intent.
